The Monthly Prize Drop is a sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Using DR points does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor and Period

Sponsor: Reward My Data, a public benefit corporation. Questions: hello@rewardmydata.com.

Each Prize Drop runs for one calendar month, from 12:00 am on the first day to 11:59 pm on the last day, Eastern Time. Each month's prizes, number of prizes and entry limit are announced in the app before the month starts.
Who Can Enter
•
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 and the age of majority where they live (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), with a free Reward My Data account and a complete profile.
•
Employees of the sponsor and their households are not eligible. One account per person.
How to Enter
•
With DR points: in the app, use the number of DR points shown for the month (currently 15) for one entry.
•
Free: on the Free entry page in the app or website, get one free entry per week. Free entries count exactly the same as other entries.
•
Limit: up to 3 entries per person per month (unless a month's announcement says otherwise), from any combination of the two methods. Entries made by script, bot or multiple accounts are void.
Drawing and Odds
After the month ends, winners are chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, one winner for each prize. A person can win only one prize per month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes
•
The prizes and their approximate retail value are listed in the app for each month. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms. No cash alternative; we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
•
Prize ideas shown for future months are ideas only; a month's prizes are final once announced.
•
Winners are responsible for taxes. If the prizes and rewards we give you in a calendar year reach the IRS reporting threshold ($2,000 from 2026), we will ask for a Form W-9 before sending the prize.
Winners
•
Winners are notified in the app and by email within 10 days after the drawing and have 14 days to reply and confirm eligibility. If a winner doesn't reply, can't be verified or isn't eligible, an alternate winner may be drawn.
•
A winners list is available by emailing us within 90 days after each month.
Your Data
Entering doesn't require sharing any data. Data you choose to share is handled as described in the Privacy Policy: we sell only anonymized, combined data, never your name, email, phone number or address.
General
•
We may cancel or change a month only for fraud or a technical failure, and will tell members in the app.
•
Our decisions about eligibility and the drawing are final, subject to the Terms of Service, which also govern any dispute.
